Terms of Use

The rules for using GetPint, submitting prices, uploading receipts, and reusing public pint-price data.
The service
GetPint is an independent community pint-price tracker for pubs in Ireland and Northern Ireland. We are not affiliated with Diageo, Guinness, any pub group, or any alcohol brand. Prices are community and public-source reports, so they may be incomplete, stale, or incorrect.
Age rules
You must be at least 18 to submit prices, upload receipts, create or use an account, or interact with alcohol-related contribution features. Read-only use does not encourage alcohol consumption and should follow the laws that apply where you are.
Submissions
- Submit truthful, recent information based on what you paid or reliable public information.
- Do not submit abusive, defamatory, unlawful, misleading, automated, or bulk-scraped content.
- Do not upload receipts that contain another person's personal data where you can avoid it.
- You grant GetPint permission to publish, moderate, verify, aggregate, analyse, and reuse submitted content and data for the service.
- We may edit, reject, hide, anonymise, or delete submissions to protect accuracy, safety, privacy, or service integrity.
Receipts
Receipt uploads are used to verify prices and may be processed by OCR or extraction providers. We may reject, redact, delete, or retain receipt material as described in the privacy notice.
Data reuse
Public GetPint data may be cited with clear attribution to GetPint.ie and a link to the relevant page or data endpoint. Do not present the data as official government statistics, do not imply endorsement, and do not republish personal data or receipt material.
Availability and liability
We provide the service as is. We can change, suspend, or remove features, data, or access where needed. To the fullest extent allowed by Irish law, GetPint is not liable for decisions made using incomplete or incorrect price data, downtime, data loss, or third-party services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, unless mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights.
