Public Data
GetPint publishes generated, aggregate pint price data in machine-readable JSON format. These endpoints are free to use for journalism, research, and AI tools when you cite the endpoint and its displayed update time. They describe a dated build snapshot, not a live feed of every report.

National Summary
https://www.getpint.ie/data/summary.jsonGenerated all-island listing and report counts plus Republic-of-Ireland national price statistics in EUR. The national_scope, national_pubs_with_prices, and national_freshness fields identify the EUR national price scope; total_pub_listings, pubs_with_prices, last_updated, and freshness describe the broader dataset.
County Aggregates
https://www.getpint.ie/data/counties.jsonGenerated per-county listing counts, priced-pub counts, records, averages, medians, last_updated values, and freshness buckets. The currencies field documents the endpoint's scopes; county rows use EUR for Republic-of-Ireland counties and GBP for Northern Ireland counties, with price_unit set to pint.
GetPint Index
https://www.getpint.ie/data/getpint-index.jsonGenerated Ireland-baseline index scores and current price aggregates for eligible counties, towns, Dublin districts, and other tracked areas. This is a separate index from the drink-specific Guinness view.
Ireland Oasis-style Research
https://www.getpint.ie/data/ireland-oasis-index.jsonGetPint's independently calculated five-pint and two-cigarette-pack research basket, with Irish location estimates, cited source metadata, and the attributed world benchmark. It is separate from national and Guinness pint aggregates.
Usage terms
- Data is regenerated from the immutable build snapshot on each site rebuild; each response includes update metadata.
- Republic-of-Ireland national price statistics are in EUR. County rows use EUR in the Republic of Ireland and GBP in Northern Ireland; check the row or page currency before comparing values.
- The price statistics represent pint prices under the submission contract.
- CORS is open —
Access-Control-Allow-Origin: * - Cache: endpoints are edge-cached with a minimum 10-minute TTL.
- These documented endpoints are aggregate outputs; other published route payloads may be scoped differently.
Evidence and freshness
Price evidence comes from timestamped approved community reports and selected attributed public research inputs. Fresh means up to 30 days old; Recent covers older reports still within the current-year or 120-day cutoff; Stale means older than 120 days and from a previous calendar year; Unknown means the date is missing, invalid, or in the future. Use Methodology for selection rules, and cite the JSON endpoint together with its updated_at orlast_updated value.
