Delete Your GetPint Account

Open GetPint, choose Profile, then Privacy & account, and tap Delete account. Confirming the final prompt permanently deletes the signed-in account.

You can request deletion without opening the app. Email us from the address connected to your Google or Apple sign-in and use the subject “GetPint account deletion request.”

If you used an anonymous account or no longer control the connected email address, include any details that can safely help us identify the account. We may ask for limited verification before deleting it.

• The authentication account, profile, display name, and policy-acceptance records.
• Reviews, pub tags, reports, blocks, receipt images, OCR text, and receipt verification data associated with the account.
• Other personal account data that GetPint can reasonably link to the account.

Public pint-price observations may remain only after the account identifier has been removed. GetPint may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or resolving a deletion request, as explained in the privacy notice.

In-app deletion is intended to complete immediately. We normally complete verified email requests within 30 days and will tell you if a legal exception requires more time or limited retention.
